Day 54 | Before Typhoon Halola Sunset
Today was another day I got to spend at the Birth Education Center of Okinawa. I filmed some more and did some interviews. I do believe we laughed WAY too much during the interviews. I’m not gonna lie we had a lot of fun doing them. After that we went and grabbed a few things to re-prepare for another typhoon. Tomorrow we get to see Typhoon Halola. She came to visit us all the way from over by Hawaii. Wasn’t that nice of her? We didn’t have any Saturday day plans now did we? Oh well, tis the season. I came home and took much needed nap to get rid of a killer migraine I had developed. I woke up and felt better just in time to head out to the beach for a pre typhoon sunset shoot. Of course the kids wanted in the water. I can’t deny them of that. I did make them try out a few things I wanted to practice. They didn’t complain too much. Those mad faces are really just happy faces. My kids have really great masks. I got to sit and listen to the waves and the wind and water. They played in the water and caught hermit crabs the whole evening. There is something about the beach at sunset. It is absolutely beautiful and so very relaxing. I knew it would be a good sunset tonight. It is usually a pretty amazing sunset just before a big storm. You honestly would never know there was a typhoon on the way. Hardly any wind today, bright, clear and sunny skies filled he day and the evening. the sun was a fiery red tonight and was stunning. What an amazing view I get to have each day on this beautiful little island.
