Okinawa Red, White & Blue Photographer
As a newborn photographer I get the chance to use red, white & blue in quite a few of my set ups. I primarily serve a military community that is very patriotic. I love to be able to immerse these adorable babies in supporting the pride in our country. It is a nice reminder of why we fight for America.
Red, white & blue
Do you know what the red, white & blue on the American flag stands for? “The colors of the pales (the vertical stripes) are those used in the flag of the United States of America; White signifies purity and innocence, Red, hardiness & valour, and Blue, the color of the Chief (the broad band above the stripes) signifies vigilance, perseverance & justice.”
Pride in our military community
As these newborn portraits show, our military community holds such pride in our country. On military installation at dawn and dusk they play taps each day. Everyone stops what they are doing, whether it is walking around or driving a car. They stop. Each person faces the flag, stands at attention or places their hand over their hearts. At the military installation theaters the national anthem is played before every movie and everyone stands and pays tribute to the flag, for America.
