I have known Natalie for quite a few years now. I met her when we moved in next door in Okinawa, Japan. We met her and her siblings and absolutely loved them. She is so sweet and polite. Eventually, we had her babysit our kids so we could go out on date nights. The kids loved her.
Eventually, we both moved away and her family ended up in North Carolina. Her mother found out I was coming to North Carolina to do some portrait sessions and knew she wanted to book me for her senior portraits. We did just that. We decided we wanted to do her session at Onslow Beach, NC.
The weather that weekend wasn’t the greatest. Lots of thunderstorms and raining. We were hopeful there would be sometime when it wasn’t raining that we could photograph her. We waited and waited for the sky to clear. It finally did around noon and we rushed down to the beach. Onslow Beach was so pretty. Natalie was stunning. I am pretty sure she was born to be a model. She was twirling and moving just right. I didn’t have to guide her basically at all. It was a quick mini session and we ended up with some amazing photographs.
