Day 3 is a super special day for me. Every year I get to celebrate the life of my 2nd child. My push the limits, try every dare, push my buttons, carefree, lovable, snuggly, boy! This year he turned twelve.
I’m pretty sure I’m in denial that he is 12. How did we get here? How did he grow so fast? It was just yesterday he was my smiling, chubby, lazy baby boy.
Almost a Teenager
I’m not quite as shocked at my oldest son’s birthdays now, but this one’s age always seem so impossible. Especially that 12-year mark. It’s that last year before he becomes an official teenager.
He’s pushing his limits to see how far he can go before getting in trouble. This child does everything in his power to annoy his sister.
His Hero
This kiddo is the one to try and please his father. If dad likes it, then he likes it. If dad does it, then he does it. If dad says don’t do it, he’ll do it anyway.
A Mothers Love
I am beyond proud to be this child’s mother. My kid has brought me so much joy in my life. I don’t think he has stopped smiling for more than 10 minutes since he was born.
He has such a big heart and cares so much about everyone else and loves to make sure everyone is doing well. This boy likes to do good deeds when you least expect it.
